John J. Waters, Jr.
Mr. Waters is a graduate of University of San Francisco, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Science/Sociology. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Waters, formerly a partner of the Diamond Bar office of Mantle, Waters & Zimmer, a practice also devoted to workers' compensation defense, is a member of the Mexican-American Bar Association of Los Angeles County, as well as the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California Self-Insurers Association. Mr. Waters has served as an Instructor in Workers' Compensation Laws of California at the University of California, Irvine, Extension Program, from 1996 through 1999. He currently serves as Board of Education Chair for Mt Calvary Lutheran School, 1999 to present.
Thomas M. Robinson
Mr. Robinson is a graduate of University of La Verne, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of La Verne College of Law. Mr. Robinson, a senior claims adjuster for Helmsman Management Services, Inc., and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, prior to obtaining his Juris Doctorate, is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association, and the California Self-Insurers Association. Mr. Robinson is also a Certified Legal Specialist in the field of Workers' Compensation Law. He has also been a featured lecturer on the topic of workers' compensation law for AIG Claim Services, Inc., Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Gallagher Bassett Services, and the University of California, Irvine.
Madric T. Cheng
Mr. Cheng is a graduate of University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Prior to his education, Mr. Cheng server four years in the United States Marine Corps after High High School. He has been practicing in the Workers' Compensation arena since being admitted to the bar in 2004. Mr. Cheng has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Workers' Compensation Defnce.
